BLUECHEM – Shipping and Returns Policy

Same Day Shipping

Same day shipping applies to orders placed before 12pm. We do not operate on weekends therefore your order will be shipped the next weekday. (Excluding public holidays)

In some cases, delays might be experienced due to stock backorders or issues out of our control.  In every case we will endeavor to contact you with an updated ETA or your order, as soon we possibly can. 

Returns will only be accepted provided that,

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (or if you received an incorrect or defective item from bluechem)

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order details and information about the product you have ordered and would like to return.

Bluechem will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order with further shipping information. For return of the goods after consideration.

You should expect to receive your complete refund from bluechem within four weeks of bluechem receiving the returned item and the time it takes your payment method to process our refund request back to you.

However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper provided, (5 to 10 business days) then the time it takes us to process your return of funds back to your payment method provided to us, this may take 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping / Shipping Cost

Orders placed before 12pm will be shipping on same day and pending on stock availability. 

Note – Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only. (Excluding public holidays)

Shipping Costs applies to orders within Australia only.

Flat rate shipping for orders in VIC, SA, NSW, WA, QLD, NT, TAS is as follows

Orders below $90.00 will apply Postage $13.50

Orders above $90.00 are shipped free of charge.

6 – 9 items $20.50

10 + items – please Contact Us

Note that there are restrictions on some quantities off bulky or flammable products.

Warranty

No warranty is given by bluechem as to the quality or suitability of the Goods for any purpose and any implied warranty, is expressly excluded. Bluechem shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Goods, or caused by the Goods, or any part thereof however arising.
